The two day Fynbos Music Festival (23rd and 24th January 2010) was a great musical success, with many fans asking for a repeat. Wonderful lasting memories of the music and atmosphere lingers in the air. The line up of musicians and performers was just awesome. The food and craft stalls, fire dancers, the shady tea garden, the beer and wine garden all spiced up Saturday evening making it last till the early hours of the morning. Although Sunday had a more relaxed program it was nonetheless just as perfect with  lot of impromptu performances. All in all this was a very successful event. The Committee would like to extend its thanks to all the people who created and helped make this festival a reality: Kay Staszak for being the ultimate tireless organiser, great job, well done. Diana and Johan for providing the venue and the work of setting it all up. A special thanks to Diana who worked to the point of exhaustion on the background from getting the Municipality to agree to the necessary permissions to providing the last drop of water and Johan for the support all round. The many people who helped around from manning the gates, and ticket sales to emptying the rubbish bins. Thank you for all your efforts. Just to show you how great it all was, here are some pics of the festival. More under the pictures tab.
